This two-day workshop provides an in-depth understanding & practical hands-on of agile software development using Scrum, one of the most prominent agile methodologies. Having strategic vision of enterprise solutions with comprehensive understanding of PM, BA & IT standards and methodologies (i.e PMBOK, BABOK, ITIL, CMMI etc).
