Prudential Solutions is pleased to announce Two Days MS Project Training Workshop, which will lead you through practical exercises that illustrate many essential features of MS Project. The workshop covers tangible issues of Project Planning & Management aligned with PMBOK® Guide including:

• Project Scheduling & Assigning Tasks
• Allocating Project Costs & Resources
• Managing Multiple Projects
• Tracking Progress & Producing Reports

The workshop format is Case Study Based. You will learn how to manage project from start to finish using MS Project.
