Program Overview

Program management doesn’t simply entail managing interrelated projects-rather; it’s about managing programs to maximize benefits realization while ensuring that programs (and their components) align with organizational strategy & overall business objectives. Program Management is a structured framework for defining and implementing change within an organization. The framework covers organization, processes, outputs and ways of thinking that focus on delivering new capabilities and realizing benefits from these capabilities.

Trainer / Mentor Profiles:

Muhammad Sajid Latif PgMP, PMP is presently heading the Enterprise Program Management Office of Leading Telco Company . With 12 years plus of extensive experience in managing Telecommunications programs / projects of various sizes and types, from concept, planning through close-out and final acceptance by the client/user. Extensive experience of program's team management, automated software-testing and implementation of system development paradigms.In depth knowledge about ERP planning and implementation with emphasis on change management for private sector and public sectors.

He is an adjunct Faculty member with SZABIST for their Project management degree programs since 2004. Guest speaker on the topic of Project Management/Program management at various local and international occasions. He is the third person in Pakistan to hold the PgMP certification.
